Do I own the website when the final payment is complete?

Yes, we transfer 100% ownership to you the client. You can also opt to continue working with us and sign up for a management plan. This means we continue to upload new products, change pricing and add content as requested but this can easily be done by you the client. 

How do I change prices, add products and change content on my eCommerce website during the 12 month period?

We provide you with access to the website to make such changes or you can give us a call and we can do it there and then for you, provided you do not exceed the number of products in your payment plan. In such a case we will need to move you up to the appropriate plan.

When does my first payment go out?

As soon as you sign up for the process the first payment is made, at this stage we begin the development process, it will take around 20 days to go live, provided we have timely sign-off from the client. The sooner you provide all the necessary information needed, the sooner you go live.

Do I have to apply for finance?

No, all you need is a credit card or debit card. You sign-up online, choose your plan and the recurring payment is deducted from your card, every month for 12 months. 

Do I need to provide written content?

Yes, you need to provide the written content for your website. If you are having trouble with this, we can recommend a content writer that will set up a face to face consultation, talk to you about your business and write the content. This is an extra service and the content writers charge €395 for a standard size website. 

Do I need to provide images for my website?

Yes, the client will usually provide a certain amount of images like logos, existing branding, photos etc. Some clients can come to us with nothing and we can use some stock imagery along with drawing logos and infographics. In short, give us everything you have and we will do the rest.

What happens if I am late with a monthly payment?

If you are more than 7 days late, we will suspend the website, until the payment is received. If you are 30 days late we will take the website down completely.

Does my eCommerce website accept credit cards?

Yes, we provide the most up to date and fully integrated STRIPE payment systems. All major credit cards and PayPal is supported.

Does STRIPE charge a transaction fee?

Yes, as with all eCommerce websites the processing company (STRIPE) charge a transaction fee. This is usually about 2.9% per transaction. These fees change marginally from time to time so please check with STRIPE for updates or give us a call at any stage. 

Does PayPal charge a transaction fee?

Yes, if your customer uses PayPal you incur a transaction fee, usually in the region of between 2% and 3%. These fees change marginally from time to time so please check with PayPal for updates or give us a call at any stage.

When I sell products on my eCommerce website, how do I receive payment?

When we set up your eCommerce website, we will ask you to nominate a bank account for your online store. Payments for product sold will arrive in your nominated bank account.

I have an internal account system set up in our office, can my payments be run through this system?

In most cases external accounting systems, POS systems and Scheduling Systems can be linked to eCommerce websites but this is something your individual system provider would have to manage. It would not be a part of our payment plans.

What happens when I receive an order through my website?

As soon as an order comes in, the system will automatically send you an email. You can log into your website and process the order. You can also download an app and process orders on the go!

Do I have to pay a separate hosting charge for my website?

During the 12 month payment plan, the hosting is included. When you take full ownership of your website at the end of the 12 month period we will place you with an independent hosting company. The cost of hosting a website is usually about €199 per year.

I have an existing domain name, can I use that on my new eCommerce website? 

Yes, if you have an existing domain name, hosted with a local provider like BlackNight, we can simply plug into that.


I have an existing company website that lets people know about my services. Do I keep that or can you move all that information to my new eCommerce website?

Think of your new eCommerce website as your primary company website built to perfection. The eCommerce section is only a part of your website. If you have an existing website we will transfer all existing information and make recommendations on how to improve it.

Will my eCommerce website be responsive?

Yes, your eCommerce website will be fully responsive, designed to work on all platforms like desktops, laptops, tablets, phones and even watches.
